It's used at work everyday to heat up water in 60 seconds(the pot is only filled half way).When I tried to heat up milk, lets just say.never again.But I still give it 5 stars.

I gave this product as a high school graduation gift to kids headed to college in the fall as I have done in the past. They are always greatly appreciated. My niece told them that she used hers all the time and it was the hit of the dorm floor.

Many years ago i bought a Rival Pot and i thought it was the neatest small appliance.but alas after about ten years it stopped working.then i began to attempt replacement.I have purchased four since in the last two years.and they are a night mare.they are cheap plastic, and the non-stick surface peels, leaving black bits in the water, and then quickly begins a rust process that causes the seal of the unit to corrode and thus begins the leaking process.The plastic becomes thinner with each new purchase.and the lid is a hazard.i am a slow learner and really wanted this product to decent because of the first one.but no more.you will be disappointed with this product.

You cant beat the value of this little pot. Its well constructed, easy to clean, and the quickest way i have to boil water or heat anything. I've had mine for a few years now and its still going strong.

I had this product for about 2 months before the heating element started to rust. It does heat up water very quickly, but who wants to drink rusty water.
